Building Foundations with Mineral Strength
Overview
Construction is one of the broadest consumers of mineral fillers. From the quartz aggregate in concrete to calcium carbonate in sealants and wollastonite in fire-resistant boards, minerals provide structural integrity, workability, fire resistance, and cost efficiency to building materials.
What We Supply
Each mineral is selected and processed to meet the demanding performance and safety requirements of construction applications.
The Backbone of Construction Materials
The essential mineral in virtually every construction application. Quartz aggregate and filler provide compressive strength to concrete, hardness to engineered stone, and durability to decorative surfaces. SiO₂ >98%.
Hardness & Chemical Resistance
A versatile mineral providing hardness and chemical resistance to construction formulations. Feldspar enhances the durability of tile adhesives, renders, and engineered stone surfaces.
Fire-Resistant Reinforcement
Acicular (needle-like) mineral that provides micro-reinforcement in cement boards and fire-rated products. A safe, high-performance replacement for traditional chrysotile asbestos fibers. CaSiO₃ >95%.
Precipitated Calcium Carbonate
The primary filler in sealants, caulks, and putty formulations. PCC provides body, thixotropy, and cost-effective extension across a wide range of construction sealing and finishing applications.
China Clay
A versatile clay mineral used across ceramic, cement, and adhesive applications in construction. Kaolin contributes whiteness, workability, and fire resistance to a broad range of building material formulations.
Applications
Quartz aggregate and filler provide the compressive strength and workability that concrete and mortar demand. Consistent grading ensures predictable performance across batches.
Feldspar, kaolin, and quartz combine to form the ceramic body of tiles and sanitary fixtures. Each mineral contributes hardness, whiteness, and thermal stability to the fired product.
PCC and kaolin fillers deliver the rheology, body, and adhesion required in construction sealants, caulks, and adhesive formulations for interior and exterior use.
Wollastonite fiber reinforcement provides the fire resistance and mechanical integrity needed in fire-rated panels and cement boards — without asbestos.
Quartz and feldspar are the primary components in engineered stone slabs, terrazzo flooring, and decorative aggregates — delivering beauty and durability in equal measure.
Quality Assurance
Every shipment is tested to ensure it meets the rigorous standards of construction material manufacturing.
Our technical team can recommend the right mineral grade, mesh size, and specification for your construction application.
